Tapping is a tool to help you tune into the body and release unwanted energy by stimulating pressure points to signal safety in the brain.
You can use it to release past or present emotions, anxiety, reduce pain, phobias, limiting beliefs among many others by clearing the energy field to optimise health.
Dr Peta Stapleton did a lot of scientific research and studies have shown cortisol (a stress hormone) can be reduced by tapping in a group for an hour.
The result is shown to be even more potent when you work 1-2-1 with a qualified tapping practitioner (like me!)
In a session we look at the chosen issue, the feelings associated with the situation and then there is a personalised tapping programme to help lift the issue. Tapping works best in blocks of 3 or 6 sessions, each session lasting 1.5 hours. For smaller issues the transformation can happen in just one session.
